Where do you ship?
We ship within Singapore and Overseas. For overseas shipping, our team will contact you on the shipment preference and international shipping charges. You may email us should you have special request and we will try our best to fulfill it.
Message/Email us about worldwide shipping.
Do note that should there be a need to re-deliver due to inaccurate/incomplete information provided, an additional shipping fee of S$6 will be charged.
Duty and Tax
All items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
What are your delivery charges and when will I receive my order? (Local Delivery Only)
Shipping is charged at a flat-rate of S$6.00 locally. For orders above S$100.00, shipping is free-of-charge and will automatically be waived off at checkout. You will receive your order within 3 - 6 working days otherwise stated (preorder). For urgent deliveries, you may choose the Express (within 1-2 working days delivery) option at checkout. Express (within 1-2 working days delivery) shipping is at S$15.00.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted in the event of an error in your order received. Kindly note that items must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. In such instances, customers will be offered the option of an exchange or refund. Please contact us directly at [email protected] if there is something wrong with your order received.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept Paypay. Paypal now allows anyone with a credit or debit card to make a payment through its system – even if you don’t have an account set up with them. All information provided will be protected by Paypal’s security and fraud measures – even if you choose not to set up an account after. (We do this so that your credit card details will never be collected nor stored on our own platform.)
My order is meant to be a gift. Can you include a gift message?
Absolutely YES! We are happy to share your excitement in gifting our product(s) to a blessed little one who can benefit so much from our toys! Include the message for your intended recipient at the Check Out page and leave the rest to us!
Promotion
Promotional code cannot be used in conjunction of other discount, promo code or voucher unless stated otherwise. Management reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice.
Can I cancel and/or refund my order?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests after order has been placed with payment made. Your order would have been processed in order to facilitate prompt delivery.
Is there a dateline to collect my pick up order?
Yes, you have to pick up your order within 3 months from the date of your purchase otherwise your order will regretfully be forfeited and there will be no refund.
What is your order fulfillment and refund policy?
We encourage you to complete your orders promptly, as any unclaimed orders will be forfeited after 3 months from the purchase date, with no refunds issued thereafter. Customers are responsible for monitoring their order status and should contact our customer service team if any issues arise.
